Konstantaras Merlot Red Dry is a wine with the peculiarity that it is not matured in an oak barrel but in a tank, using the method of "batonnage". Its aromas come from black fruits such as cherry, raspberry, plum and bilberry.

Konstantaras Special Edition White (4 months / barrel) is an organic white wine that matures in American oak barrels for at least 4 months, using the well-known "batonnage" method. It consists of two varieties, Assyrtiko, originating in Northern Greece and the French variety Viognier.

Konstantaras Sauvignon Blanc Fume is an organic white wine that has undergone controlled alcoholic fermentation and has matured in American oak barrels for at least 4 months. Its color is bright and golden and its aromas are intense and complex resulting from citrus fruits, passion fruit, apples, nuts and vanilla.

Konstantaras Sauvignon Blanc White Dry is another label from Konstantaras Winery. The wines of this winery are produced from grapes that are organically grown in the vineyards of Agia Triada of Polygyros. White varieties such as Alexandria Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc, Malagouzia, Viogner and Assyrtiko as well as red varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Agiorgitiko and Syrah are the ones that are cultivated. The winemaking takes place in the privately owned facilities of the new modern family winery in Portaria of Halkidiki.

Charites Petres White Dry wine is another label from Konstantaras Winery. The wines of this winery are produced from grapes that are organically grown in the vineyards of Agia Triada of Polygyros.
