3/.13 symbolizes the certification of protected designation for semi-sweet Agiorgitiko even before the establishment of PDO zones. It is essentially a short expression of the composition of the ideal semi-sweet from Agiorgitiko, which should have 13% alcohol and 3 Baume residual sugars.

It is a lively and at the same time aged red wine with fresh aromas of strawberry and plum which, together with a strong acidity, make it an ideal accompaniment for sweet and savory meals. Its aftertaste is relatively long lasting. It accompanies roasts with sweet sauces, fruit and chocolate-based desserts.

Kydonitsa Rarus is the product of a dense planting that makes the vines compete with each other resulting in a low yield per hectare, which gives a richer flavor and aromatic character. It is a vinification with minimal possible interventions that allows the variety to show its unique character.

The wine has a white-yellow color with a characteristic aroma of quince, sweet citrus fruits and intense mineral elements. Its body is full, combined with a refreshing acidity and a long aftertaste. It successfully accompanies fish and seafood dishes of Greek cuisine, white meat, soft cheeses and grilled vegetables.

This wine is not an ordinary expression of the variety but is the result of an effort to reduce interventions both in the vinification and in the cultivation of the variety, with a view to preserving the unique characteristics of the variety but also to the minimum possible impact on the environment in every stage of the production.

It is a wine with a white-yellow color, characteristic aroma of melon, bergamot, pear, bitter orange, kumquat and green apple. Its body is full combined with a refreshing acidity and its aftertaste is fruity and refreshing. Enjoy with seafood and shellfish, green salads, vegetable risotto and lemon pasta.

"Thesis" is the name of the estate's philosophy for the cultivation and vinification of some selected local varieties. This wine is a special dry white produced from vines in mountainous Corinthia at an altitude of 650 meters with the average age of the plants being 40 years. Its color is light gold with green highlights and its aromatic profile is complex and refined with stone fruit and citrus aromas.

Apricot, grapefruit, lemon peel and white flowers are the main aromas on the nose. In the mouth it is oily with acidity that refreshes and some hints of minerals that complete the complex flavor palette. Enjoy this Malagouzia with balanced green salads, large fatty grilled fish, shellfish, risotto with white sauces, grilled vegetables and grilled white meats as well as pasta with salmon.
