ALPHA Chardonnay Barrel White Dry is one of the most elegant wines that mature in barrels. Pre-fermentation extraction, alcoholic fermentation and maturation with wine sludge for seven months in a French oak barrel, are some of the processes that passes before it is bottled.

The varietal composition of ALPHA One Red Dry from the ALPHA estate is 80% Merlot and 20% Tannat and is aged for 36 months in specially selected, French oak barrels. It is a wine rich in flavor, with a strong presence of ripe red forest fruits. A complex bouquet with typical and complex aromas and very rich and highly structured mature tannins characterize the structure of this wine.

The ALPHA Pinot Noir of the ALPHA estate, is an elegant wine, with rich aromas and intense acidity. It is dehumidified in the absence of a filter, cold extraction in a controlled environment, and its alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures. The wine remains for 8 months in its wine sludge and is periodically stirred before it takes its final form.

Alpha Sauvignon Blanc comes from the ALPHA estate and is a white dry wine very popular in Greece. It is produced in the vineyards of Amyntaio and its vinification follows pre-fermentation extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature, stay of the wine for 3 months in its wine sludges with periodic stirring.

ALPHA Sauvignon Blanc Fume White Dry from the ALPHA estate, is produced in the viticultural zone of Amyntaio. During the pre-fermentation process, extraction is carried out in a controlled environment with alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures and aged in a fine-grained French oak barrel. It has a crystalline color, bright pale yellow with pale green tones that fade. Its aromas are intense and rich due to the citrus fruits, passion fruit and with a sweet suspicion of melon.

Alpha Syrah Xinomavro Merlot Red Dry comes from the Alpha Estate. Since 1997 in the area of Florina the production of the white wine Assyrtiko from the estate "ALPHA" takes place. Experienced winemakers Makis Mavridis and Angelos Iatridis chose Amyntaio to create their own wine. Thus, one of the most popular white wines of Greece was created, the Alpha Syrah Xinomavro Merlot Red Dry.
