Varvaglione

The most famous of the Apulian grape varieties, Primitivo owes its name to the fact that it ripens before all other red grape varieties in the region. This wine has an intense red color with purple notes, licorice and dried fruit aromas and a soft and balanced taste. This is an everyday wine, like the entire MOI range. It goes with many dishes, especially with meat, barbecue, roast turkey, various braises and burgers.

This wine has a lovely straw yellow color, elegant floral bouquet and on the palate, it has a pleasant citrus note. Accompany it ideally with dishes that have fish, with salads and with appetizers. Enjoy a well-made everyday wine.

Varvaglione Malvasia Bianca wine has a white gold color with straw yellow highlights and an intense, aromatic and beautiful nose. Aromas of mango, rose petals, honey, pear and a herbalism reminiscent of honeysuckle characterize it. The palate is overwhelmed by its fresh vibrancy and balance. It is a structured, harmonious, complex and pleasant wine with a delicate taste. Excellent with delicate fish, shellfish and cheese. Pair it with Asian cuisine, rice noodles with shrimp and vegetables, sweet and sour pork, vegetable dishes and ravioli with herbs and parmesan.

Ruby red color with intense purple hints, ripe aromas and taste, bouquet of red fruits. This is Varvaglione Negroamaro. Varvaglione Malvasia Nera is a delicious and everyday wine with a red color and intense purple hints -an example of youth- and aromas reminiscent of fruits such as pomegranate and blackberries.
