The bat depicted on the bottle is the symbol of Bacardi and comes from the bats that were in the family distillery in Santiago. Bacardi Limon is enriched with the essence of the royal family of citrus.

The classic, traditional recipe of Bacardi Carta Blanca will be followed faithfully. The rum will be put in barrels with the fruit and will stay there to "tie" the aromas and flavors. It will then be filtered and bottled.
