Extra Special Old Highland or Johhnie Walker Black Label as it was renamed in 1909 is a whiskey consisting of various aged varieties and blends of at least 12 years. The Johnnie Walker Black Label is definitely one of the best in this category, and probably the most recognizable today.

Johnnie Walker was born in 1805 and at the age of 14, lost his father. The family after this event, decided to invest some money in an Italian warehouse-grocery which sold wines and spirits, in order to be active in the trade. This is how Johnnie Walker Red was created, which took its name in 1909, which after that, it was previously called "Special Old Highland".

Jim Beam Rye is a high quality rye whiskey from Jim Beam. It is a favorite of whiskey Bible writer Jim Murray. The label was redesigned in 2016, changing from a yellow to this elegant green label.

Jim Beam Devil's Cut Proof is produced by the Jim Beam Distillery, which was founded in 1795 and has been a family business for seven generations. After the bourbon matures in its barrels, the distillery folks will empty them and leave a small amount in the barrels, which is called the "devil's cut." At the Jim Beam distillery they will take these quantities, after letting them mature for a certain period of time, and bottle them, offering us this special label.

In 2016 we were introduced to Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Rye and it is the third rye whiskey of the company. They use the same water they use for Jack Daniel's Hollow, based on the distillery's 150-year-old recipe. It will mature for at least 4 years in barrels that are exposed to the sun and high temperatures.

The Jack Daniel's White Rabbit Saloon is a special bottling, which was introduced to us in 2012, to celebrate the 120th anniversary of the White Rabbit Saloon. It was one of two saloons opened by Mr Jack himself in Lynchburg Square, so he could enjoy his favorite drink with his friends.

Jack Daniel's Master Distiller No3 is the third label in the Jack Daniel's Master Distiller series, which dedicates each of its labels to each of the 7 people who have been master distillers in the history of the distillery. The third label in this series is dedicated to Jack Lemuel "Lem" Tolley, who continued the tradition of his predecessors and was Jack Daniel's master distiller from 1941 to 1964.

Jack Daniel's Bottled In Bond is made in Lynch Burg, Tennessee and is dedicated to the man who believed in quality from the beginning, when no one else did, in the late 18th century. The shop owners used to buy whole barrels from the producers, and they added chemicals and dyes. So their profit was much higher, but the quality was poor. In 1895 Jack Daniel decided to bottle his whisky and gives his name to it, so that he knows exactly what he drinks and offers quality to the world. Two years after Jack's decision, the government passed the Bottled In Bond Act, which in order to certify the quality of any whiskey, had to have an official name on the bottle but not only that. A whiskey had to be distilled in a single distillery during a single distillation period, at least four years old and bottled at 100 Proof, in order to get this certification. Jack Daniel's easily won this distinction, since he had already done everything required before the law was passed.
