Methymnaios Orange Dry is a distinct organic wine with a Protected Geographical Indication Lesvos. It's made from 100% Chidiriotiko, a rare local grape variety, resulting in a striking orange color. The nose is dominated by aromas of orange, bergamot, and orange preserves, while the palate reveals notes of apricot and caramel. It's a dry yet full-bodied wine, with an earthy, mineral finish. Serve it chilled at 8-10°C. Its rich flavor makes it ideal for pairing with almost any dish, from cured meats, seafood, salmon, bottarga, and duck to Asian dishes like sushi. Afianes Icarus is a distinguished dry red wine from Ikaria, aged in French oak barrels. Its deep, fiery ruby color hints at a powerful wine experience. On the palate, it is rich, with soft tannins and a flavorful climax that brings to the forefront notes of sour cherry and blackberry. The finish is smooth and long-lasting. Ideal for barbecues and nights with friends, it pairs excellently with fatty and spicy cheeses, grilled meats, wild boar or spit-roasted lamb, entrecote, and beef fillet with spicy red sauces. Serve it at 16-18°C.

Afianes Icarus is a unique dry rose wine from Ikaria, made from the rare Fokiano grape. Its opaque, tile-like color with orange highlights promises a special experience. The nose is fruity and complex, with aromas of wild berries, watermelon, rose, and butterscotch. On the palate, it surprises with notes of white pepper, dried fruits, and herbs. Its body is balanced by a fresh acidity and high minerality, making it perfect for parties and large gatherings. It pairs wonderfully with seafood in red sauces, Asian, and Greek cuisine with sweet and sour flavors. Avoid pairing it with overly acidic or very spicy dishes. Serve it at 10-12°C in the summer and 16°C in the winter.

This is a wine that matures in oak barrels for 11 months on the lees and after desalination for another 8 months on fine lees. Finally, it is bottled unfiltered. It has an oily golden yellow color with green highlights. The nose shows yellow apples, ripe pears and dried fruits. It is a dense wine with a full body in the mouth and a silky texture. Mouth aromas reminiscent of apricot and lemon jelly, subtle earthy notes and smoke. Come along and enjoy it with Asian food!

Beautiful foam formation that lasts a long time and develops beautifully. Yeast notes, along with aromas of plum cake and cherry tart. This is a wine that shows its strength on the palate, with subtle fruit, white mandolato, hazelnut cake, very pleasant mouthfeel and wonderfully smooth acidity. It's so close to a champagne!
