With a pale lemon color and greenish hints, it offers a complex bouquet of passion fruit, pineapple, apricot, and notes of chamomile and chalk. The full-bodied palate mirrors the nose, leading to a long finish of exotic fruits. Serve ideally at 11-12C. It pairs perfectly with grilled fish, seafood risotto, and chicken with creamy sauce. A fruit-driven Chardonnay with nectarine and kumquat aromas elevated by notes of sweet spice, vanilla and lightly buttered popcorn. Nikolou Botanic Sparkling White Dry is a sparkling wine from the Savvatiano variety, whose early vintage gives juice rich in acids with low pH. After the necessary procedures for its production, the wine follows a second fermentation in the bottle with the classic method of production of sparkling wines and then it will mature in the bottles for 6 months.

Gaia Wild Ferment Moschofilero is a unique expression of this versatile variety from PGI Peloponnese. The winemaking process, which includes wild fermentation and aging in oak barrels, gives it a more complex and authentic character, highlighting the region's unique terroir. The nose is dominated by classic aromas of rose, jasmine, and citron, enriched with delicate notes of butter and depth. The lively acidity is perfectly balanced with its body, offering freshness and complexity. It is best served at 12C. It pairs wonderfully with Mediterranean cuisine, seafood, oily stews, and white meats. Avoid very heavy red meats that would overpower its delicate flavor.

Winemaker Pasquale Presutto took the two international varieties Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from semi-mountainous vineyards in Castelnuovo Berardenga and created Donna di Valiano.

The name RIRA has been mentioned since the old days for an area above the Neratzies of Aigio, high above the tourist resorts of Logos - Selianitika in the coastal zone of Aegialia. The dragon is the estate's entry level wine, a dry Riesling fermented in stainless steel. The grapes come from the valley below Forst and Deidesheim. It is a clear, fresh and fruity wine with aromas of tropical stone fruit, green apple and lemongrass. In the mouth it is round, rich with depth and density. Fine, cool due to acidity, elegant and spicy on the palate. Accompany it with slightly spicy dishes, Asian cuisine, recipes with chicken, pork or a large fatty fish.
