The grape is left to ripen on the vine. After a short maceration, follows, fermentation and aging for 6 months in barrels. As a result, we have a wine with a bright red color, bouquet of ripe red fruits, black cherry jam and a hint of vanilla and chocolate. On the palate it is full and round, dominated by velvety tannins. Ideal with meats, game and aged cheeses.

The Tselepos winery was founded in 1989, when Yiannis and Amalia, with their passion and vision, set out to make a quality wine and something new in the field of Greek wine. Dryopi Rose Dry of the Tselepos estate is another proof that the Agiorgitiko variety can offer us tasty wines. It is one of the favorite varieties of the Greeks because it is pleasant to drink and combines with many different flavors and Yiannis Tselepos knows how to process this variety very well and bring out its best elements.

Canti Asti Liberty is a sparkling white wine hailing from the prestigious Asti region in Piedmont, Italy. Made from the Moscato Bianco grape, this wine captures the essence of its origins with a fresh and aromatic profile.

Piccini Pinot Grigio has a straw yellow color with greenish hues and is a medium bodied wine. On the nose it immediately shows its floral character combined with fruits such as apple and peach, thus maintaining a light and fruity palate. Its crisp acidity balances well with its smooth character, which makes it a pleasant and easy-drinking wine. It goes well with Mediterranean cuisine, with antipasti or white meat, but it is also wonderful with seafood.

Harvey's Bristol Cream was created in 1860 by John Harvey II and his brother Edward. Until then, milk sherry was famous, which was known as Bristol Milk. All the producers then made their own "Bristol Milk", as it was a general name for the blends of the wines that everyone made.

Discover Ktima Akrani SBM Chardonnay, an organic wine from Kos with golden reflections and a rich character. The nose is complex, with aromas of pineapple, bergamot, and sea salt, while notes of praline, vanilla, and butter testify to its aging. The creamy texture and full body make it an ideal choice for roasted chicken, fatty fish, mushroom risotto, and mature cheeses. Avoid overly acidic flavors (e.g., tomato, vinegar).

The Galtzada vineyard in the village of Lanciego was planted in 1952. With different Garnacha clones. The harvest is done manually. The grapes were then fermented in two small, open wooden containers. Extraction is light without excessive color extraction. The wine is then aged in a 1,500-liter Austrian oak barrel for 9 months in order to maximize the expression of the vineyard. The aim is to understand and respect the expression of this unique vineyard, without excessive use of new oak or oxidative aging. Aromas of red and black fruits with hints of herbs and sweet spices. In the mouth it has a medium body with also medium acidity which makes it a balanced wine that will wonderfully accompany chorizos, lamb, pot roasts and game.

Manual harvesting adds to the complexity and personality of the Cofrades vineyard. The type and length of aging is different for each vintage, using a combination of stainless steel and concrete tanks and aging in small and large oak barrels. Cofrades is one of the vineyards in the village of Leza. Planted in 1945 with a wonderful varietal and clonal blend, it is mainly Tempranillo, with co-plantings of Viura, Malvasia Riojana, Jaen, Mencia, Benedicto, Morate, Garnacha and Graciano. All varieties are harvested at the same time and vinified together to preserve the personality of Cofrades. Black cherries, blackberries, herbs and spices with hints of minerality. Its body is medium, as is its acidity. Go with game, spicy cold meats and recipes with lamb and pork.

This is a classic Rioja Reserva, showing the exceptional typicality of Rioja Alavesa's Tempranillo grape as well as the beautiful complexity acquired during traditional aging in small barriques for 24 months. Bright, medium ruby color with grenache highlights. On the nose, a core of wild berries is joined by spicy notes of tobacco, cedar and vanilla from barrel aging. Silky on the palate, showing freshness, complexity and a long finish, supported by fine, chalky tannins. This is an elegant, gastronomic wine that enhances great food without overpowering it. Accompany roasted meat, lamb, pork, poultry and mushroom recipes.

A young, juicy and versatile red wine that has not been aged in barrel, and is a modern interpretation of the tradition of Rioja Alavesa winegrowers. It features a series of six different labels with illustrations of real growers as a tribute to their daily work. It presents clear and intense primary aromas of dark cherries and black berries with a hint of violet and clove. Medium bodied, with remarkable complexity and concentration of fruit. The quality of the fruit stands out, showing the typical character of the cooler Rioja Alavesa climate, without being overshadowed by the excessive influence of the oak barrel. Intense fruit is balanced by fresh acidity, chiseled, chalky tannins and a long metallic finish. A serious, non-barrel-aged wine will benefit from 2 to 3 years in the cellar after release and will keep for another 5 years. It goes well with grilled meats, hard cheeses, pasta and rice dishes.

Produced from vineyards on hilltops (cabezadas). Fresh and subtle nose, pure stone fruit aromas with a touch of white flowers, minerality and flint. Light and crisp on the palate with a refreshingly dry, light metallic finish. An elegant dry white wine, with subtle aromas that do not overpower the food. It goes great with salads, asparagus, tapas, seafood such as prawns, grilled or fried squid, grilled fish, sashimi and white cheeses such as feta or other goat cheese.

Delicious white wine from Viura grapes at an altitude of 420-600m and a vineyard with an average age of 50 years. Each vintage ferments and matures differently. Stainless and concrete tanks, larger and smaller oak barrels are combined. Subtle yet compelling nose that opens in the glass, with stone fruit, herbs and white flowers prominent. Juicy and refreshing on the palate, with real balance and length. It has a delicious, salty and mineral finish. The quality of the fruit stands out, showing how interesting an old vine Viura blend can be without being overshadowed by the heavy use of oak. A serious, delightfully delicate, dry white wine. Enjoy it with salads, shrimp, grilled or fried calamari, grilled fish and white cheeses such as feta.

Created to contribute to a new generation of wines in Rioja. Produced from high-quality, low-yielding, small, old hillside plots (parcelas). Serious, light, oaky wine, it shows pure and primary aromas of dark and black berries with a hint of violet and clove. Medium body with remarkable complexity and concentration. The quality of the fruit shines through, displaying the typical character of the cooler Rioja Alavesa climate, without being overshadowed by excessive oak aging. Tempranillo at an altitude of 500m from a vineyard with an average age of 50 years. Small production at 6,399 bottles. Bideona Villabuena shows precise and clean aromas of ripe blackcurrants and blackberries, fine tannins with an amazing flow on the palate, even when young. Pair with quality cuts of beef, game and recipes with pork or lamb. Acclaimed Jancis Robinson rated it 17.5 out of 20.

Andreas Kubach MW is one of the owners and responsible for Bideona wines. Rioja S4MG0 is produced from grapes at an altitude of 520-550m and aged 50 years. Production is at 9,494 bottles. Samaniego produces some of the most sought after Rioja Alavesa grapes. The wines are rich, powerfully framed with fresh acidity and firm yet velvety tannins. The fruit tends toward sour cherry but with mint present and a spicy complexity. The wines have the structure and depth to age beautifully for decades, but also show remarkable grace in their youth. Enjoy it with premium cuts of veal, game and braised recipes. Jancis Robinson rated it an amazing 17.5/20.

Laguardia is perhaps the most charming of the villages in the area. The plots are high, on average 440 m altitude, but with greater exposure to the Evros valley. Ripening tends to be the earliest among the villages and the wines are more elegant and aromatic. Laguardia is also the most approachable and gastronomic wine, due to its lighter, velvety tannins and juicy and juicy palate. The aromatic profile is always high, delicate and floral, reminiscent of wild strawberries and violets. Great wine to accompany charcuterie such as tsorithos, roast meats, pork and lamb. Jancis Robinson rated it a wonderful 17/20.

Produced exclusively from selected parcels in our 600-ha estate in Ucles (Castile, Spain) at elevation 750m as. The high-altitude vineyards are sustainably and organically farmed. An elegant and sophisticated wine showing the fruit intensity, purity of the aromas and acidity of the high-altitude vineyards. Deep garnet colour with powerful and complex aromas combining ripe berry notes with some cassis and a touch of bell pepper. The oak ageing offers hints of leather, spice and vanilla. Produced exclusively from selected plots in Ucles (Castile, Spain) at an altitude of 750 m. The high-altitude vineyards are sustainably and organically grown. Quinta de Quercus is located in the heart of Castile in Central Spain. Produced exclusively from Tempranillo and Syrah 30 years old at an altitude of 750-800m. Intense nose that combines expressive aromas of ripe blackberries, rosemary and thyme with the tertiary complexity of fine wood and notes of spices and cloves. Quinta de Quercus is located in the heart of Castile in Central Spain. Quercus is the winery's flagship wine. Produced from a single plot in Vina Ocana, the best and oldest vineyard plot of Quinta de Quercus Estate at altitude 800m. Intense nose, combining attractive aromas of ripe blackberries, rosemary and thyme with a tertiary complexity of fine oak that lends notes of spice and clove. Full and juicy on the palate, lively and fresh, with great length and precision. Beautiful texture with muscular yet velvety, fine tannins. Accompany premium beef cuts and grilled meats.

Garnacha/Grenache from old vines of the village of Cadalso los Vidrios at an altitude of 800m, give this wine with a production of 10,125 bottles. The harvest is manual and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with minimal intervention. No oak barrels are used in the production. A delicate wine with subtle floral aromas and notes of fresh berries. Silky tannins and crisp acidity with moderate alcohol make for a versatile, food-friendly wine. An excellent example of elegant, Garnacha from high altitude vineyards in the Sierra de Gredos. Enjoy it with barbeque, braised recipes and charcuterie.

Over Borders is a pure expression of Tempranillo when grown at high altitude. Intense and beautiful aromas, with great purity of fruit, reminiscent of blackcurrants and blackberries. With subtle spicy notes due to the aging of the wine in French and American barrels. Full bodied, juicy and lively on the palate, with fine tannins. Excellent with lamb, grilled meats, pasta, tapas and hard cheeses. It's great now and will only get better over the next 4-5 years!

Peninsula Skin Contact is an orange wine from Castile. The skins remained with the must for 149 days to add complexity and texture. A light filtration before bottling contributes to the purity of the aromas and prevents future spoilage. The aroma is very complex and develops in the glass, combining primary notes of stone fruit, orange peel, grapefruit and ginger. A very versatile and gastronomic wine that combines the lightness and delicious freshness of the variety on the palate with depth and a long, tannic aftertaste. Gastronomically, it accompanies almost everything from grilled meats, stews, but also platters with cheeses and premium charcuterie.

Apostata is made from the best, old vineyards of Castile. Because these vineyards are located in different regions, the wine cannot have an official geographical indication. Apostata is a joint venture with Peninsula partner Swiss winemaker and importer Matthias Tobler. Intense and precise aromas, with great clarity of fruit, reminiscent of gooseberries and blackberries, mixed with subtle spicy notes from the French and American barrels. Full, juicy and lively on the palate, with fine tannins and a satisfyingly dry finish. Excellent with lamb, pasta, grilled meats and tapas.

Blasfemia is a unique wine, without geographical and vintage limitations and prejudices. A wine (production of 6,000 bottles) where the different soils and altitudes (710m, 802m, 912m) of the old Tempranillo vineyards (60-90 years old) complement each other perfectly. Intense and precise aromas, with great clarity of fruit, reminiscent of black cherries and blackberries, mixed with subtle spicy notes from the oak. Full-bodied, juicy and lively on the palate, with muscular, fine-grained tannins and a firm, satisfyingly dry finish. A wine that needs next to premium cuts of veal, black pig and game.

The high altitude (650-750m Sierra de Gredos) and the old vines of dry and bush cultivation give us a bright medium crimson red wine. Fragrant, delicate and fine aroma of crisp blue and red fruits with herbal and spicy notes. Fragrant, delicate and juicy on the palate. Its tannins are light but firm with a refreshingly dry finish. Accompany grilled and stewed meats of the Mediterranean cuisine.

It is produced from privately owned organic vineyards. The Oveja range is a dynamic range that varieties and quantities vary from year to year.An unusual blend of Graciano and Malbec. Graciano is a noble, but not multi-planted variety. With late ripening, it gives acidity and beautiful floral aromas to the wine. Malbec has adapted well to the continental climate in high altitude vineyards. It complements Graciano with fresh raspberry aromas and a round texture. A dry, medium-bodied, hearty, juicy, non-barrel-aged red wine. Uncomplicated and flexible. It's a great wine with barbecue, pizza and tapas!

An approachable but serious rose wine, displaying great purity and typicity for the noble Tempranillo grape, in a lighter, more elegant style than most Spanish roses. Pale strawberry colour, with intense and fresh berry aromas over subtle floral notes. Excellent concentration and a slightly off-dry finish, beautifully balanced by crisp acidity and a refreshing, savory note. A perfect wine to enjoy all year round and an extremely versatile food wine with barbecue, pasta, rice dishes, vegetables and curries as well as fried or spicier dishes.

A crisp, aromatic white wine, with great purity of aromas and precise expression of the Verdejo grape. Bright, soft straw yellow, with strong, fresh notes of grass, fennel and white pepper. Dry but juicy on the palate, with excellent balance, moderate alcohol of just 12.5% with a persistent, slightly metallic finish. Excellent as an aperitif but also with pasta, salads, poultry and fish dishes.

Beautiful and unique pale pink color with copper highlights. Piccini Pinot Grigio Blush is a light to medium bodied wine. Pink flowers combine beautifully with citrus and fruits such as peach. The three northeastern regions, known collectively as Tre Venezie or simply Venezie, set the pace in Italy for modern white wines. Favorite white grape variety is Pinot Grigio and one of the most famous Italian white wines worldwide. Pinot Grigio is a versatile wine, with characteristics that suit a range of foods and taste preferences.

Piedirosso is a rare and ancient variety found mainly in Campania, Italy and means "red feet". After aging for 6 months in barrique barrels and staying for 1 year in the bottle, it gives us a beautiful ruby red wine. To our nose it reveals complex aromas of cherry, plum and raspberry, slightly spicy. In the mouth, it is pleasant, smooth, slightly salty and velvety. It has an aftertaste with moderate length and persistence. Accompany pasta or rice in tomato sauce or with ragout, red and white meats such as rabbit, vegetable soups with legumes, fish soups, cured meats and not very mature cheeses.

Sauvignon Blanc from an altitude of 1100m on the Slopes of mountainous Aigialia, all this plus the oenologist Tasos Drosiadis and the Kanakaris family guarantee us the result.

Balance and elegance, in a powerful and complex style. This is Memoro Alta Vendemmia, a wine created to include the best Italian vines. Only the best grapes of the harvest can be used. In this particular wine 4 varieties Sangiovese, Aglianico, Cabernet Sauvignon and Nero d'Avola, from 4 production areas: Tuscany, Basilicata, Veneto and Sicily. Each variety receives separate vinification, to fully express the potential and character of the grapes.

Winemaker Pasquale Presutto created this Tuscan blend from international varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc. After the end of fermentation, the wine is aged in second-use French barrique barrels for 12 months. Before being released on the market, Apricaia remains in the bottle for another 4 months.

Produced from Nebbiolo in vineyards with an altitude of 250m and south and south-west exposure. After fermentation, Barbaresco continues its journey in Slavonic oak barrels, where it ages for two years.

The Nebbiolo grapes (Lampia and Michet) of Barolo Porta Rossa come from historic vineyards located in the Serralunga and Perno districts (Monforte site). Bricco Ambrogio, a vineyard in Roddi, gives its name to the eponymous "cru" wine. After fermentation, the wine is placed in Slavonic oak barrels where it evolves and ages under strict control for at least two years.

This delicious wine is produced from 100% Aglianico del Vulture. Derived from a single Vigna del Melograno vineyard, located in the hills north of the village of Venos. Manually harvested in the first week of November, after fermentation it is transferred and aged for 24 months in French barrels and 12 months in the bottle.

The lively and elegant "Metodo Classico Etna Rose" better explores the character of Etna. It is produced 100% from the Nerello Mascalese variety in the Etna area - Contrada Dafara Galluzzo (Rovittello - Castiglione di Sicilia) at an altitude of 700 m. The wine remains in contact with the fine lees for several months before being bottled. After re-fermentation, Chiuse finds its own balance remaining 44 months in the bottle. The slow process of staying on the lees gives body to the wine and creates the sophisticated tertiary aromas.

It is produced in the Etna DOC area (Rovittello-Contrada Dafara Galluzzo) from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes that are harvested by hand in mid-October at an altitude of 700 m. After vinification it matures for 18 months in large 500l oak barrels. Chiuse in Italian is what Clos in France (closed vineyard), is the best and truest expression of the Etna cru known as Contrade. The stone walls, part of the Unesco World Heritage, define the ancient borders of our vineyards. Chiuse Vidalba is a selection of older bush vines Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio from our low yield organic vineyard Contrada Dafara Galluzzo located in Rovittello on the northern slope of the volcano.

This fine wine pays tribute to the painter Girolamo del Pacchia, whose breathtaking art was considered a treasure of grace and refinement. It consists of the Sangiovese, Syrah and Merlot varieties. Each variety is vinified separately in small metal tanks and matured for 6 months in barrique (small French oak barrels).

Donna di Valiano is a subtle tribute to the woman of the Piccini family, who has always played a decisive role in our history. This wine is dedicated to them and to all the women of the world. Winemaker Pasquale Presutto took the two international varieties Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from semi-mountainous vineyards in Castelnuovo Berardenga and created Donna di Valiano.

Among the hills of Valiano stands out Poggio Teo cru with its old vines full of juicy Sangiovese. From this exclusive selection is born a small masterpiece: Poggio Teo Chianti Classico. In the area of Castelnuovo Berardenga winemaker Pasquale Presutto, blends Sangiovese and Merlot and makes a wine that ages 3 months in barrels, 9 months in large oak barrels and 3 months in bottle.

The wine takes its name from the extension of its vineyard of origin, highlighting the close bond that binds each bottle of the estate and each individual vineyard. The varieties Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, the winemaker Pasquale Presutto and the Castelnuovo Berardenga region give us this wine.
