It comes from the fruit of vines located at an altitude of more than 1,000 meters above sea level. After manual harvest and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, a part of it matures in oak barrels for six months.
This creates a fresh and everyday wine with a very good quality-price ratio. It has strong aromas of red fruits, mainly plums, with hints of vanilla and a subtle note of coffee. On the palate it is fresh, impetuous and lively. We suggest pairing this Malbec with grilled meats, barbecue or with cheeses and charcuterie.
Single Vineyard is the true expression of each Malbec Terroir. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months -2/3 new and 1/3 second use-. Very deep purple in color, this wine has aromas reminiscent of blackberries, blueberries, flowers, lemon peel and aromatic herbs such as thyme, rosemary, lavender, spices and oak. On the palate the attack is round, with tannins of exceptional sweetness and great harmony between wine and wood. Ideal to accompany good cuts of beef, slow-cooked meats or game, stews or pasta with cream- or mushroom-based sauces.

Alta Vista's fresh white Single Vineyard Olympe is aromatic but not overwhelming. Typical Torrontes, notes of melon, green apple, lime, orange blossom, jasmine, lychee and some white pepper. Dry with medium body and very crisp acidity. It will accompany wonderful raw seafood, ceviche, spicy dishes, vegetarian recipes, varieties of cheeses and cured meats, as well as chicken and pork dishes.

On the nose there are aromas of wild fruits such as blueberries or blackberries, sweet and spicy notes such as cocoa and cardamom. On the palate it is full, balanced, having a juicy and wild aggression, but not excessive. Fine grains, tannins, long and persistent aftertaste. We suggest enjoying it plain or accompanied by semi-hard cheeses, but also with red or white meats, pasta with red sauces or grilled tuna.
The grapes for this Torrontes come from Cafayate, Salta. It is a floral white, very fresh and lively. Pale yellow color, clear and bright. It stands out for its strong aromas of citrus fruits, tropical fruits and white flowers. Lemon peel, tangerine, lychee, jasmine and acacia stand out. In the mouth it is also aromatic and fresh with a persistent aftertaste. Served as an aperitif, it awakens the senses and whets the appetite. It goes very well with fresh and cool salads, dishes with intense flavors, spicy food, Asian food or sushi, as well as grilled white meats.
