Chardonnay from cooler climates exudes apricot and apple aromas on the nose, lending freshness to the palate, supported by the delicate floral notes of Vermentino and sweet pear of Pecorino. Summarizing white and yellow stone fruit aromas, with tropical notes. Refreshing on the palate, with a remarkable concentration of fruit and notes of spiced pears that give a lively finish. Serve with fish-based dishes, pasta or rice with creamy sauces, poultry, seafood and hard or soft cheeses.

In this particular wine 4 varieties Sangiovese, Aglianico, Cabernet Sauvignon and Nero d'Avola, from 4 production areas: Tuscany, Basilicata, Veneto and Sicily. Each variety receives separate vinification, to fully express the potential and character of the grapes.

Mario Piccini opens his cellar doors, inviting you to taste his "Collezione Privata" Italian for "Private Collection". This selection has been meticulously curated by Mario Piccini himself and his signature on each bottle is a personal guarantee of the wine's quality. It consists of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Sangiovese. The wine is aged for 12 months in a combination of large barrels, barriques and second and third use tonneaux.

Mario Piccini's Collezione Privata Rose is a refined blend of Merlot, Sangiovese, and Primitivo. With aromas of strawberries, raspberries, and floral notes, it offers a vibrant palate of red fruits, herbal hints, and crisp acidity.
