Chardonnay Royale is produced from grapes of the Ruppertsberg plain and is fermented and fully matured in barrels. The wine is concentrated and long with light notes of butter, passion fruit, mango, notes of white chocolate and wood with strong acidity that gives balance. This is definitely an elegant and charming wine with freshness, a lovely smoky nose, aromas of pear and herbs. Accompany it with poultry with white sauces, large fish, pork fricassee or a pumpkin soup.

An den Achtmorgen is the first GG Pinot Noir. The plot is the heart of the equestrian trail in the Ruppertsberg and with the dense planting of Burgundy Pinot varieties in 2009. The sandstone and limestone in the soil and the sheltered location at the foot of the Haardt make this plot excellent for Pinot Noir. Since 2018 it is now also classified as GG. The wine is bright ruby with slight violet highlights. Airy, noble and elegant with aromas of plum and cherry preserves on the nose, it continues on the palate classy and ethereal floating and carried atgreat length by finely woven tannins and cherry aromas.

100% Sangiovese Grosso harvested by hand. 4 years aging of which 24 months in oak barrels. Once bottled, it rests for an additional 6 months in bottle before being released to the market. An earthy expression of Sangiovese offers aromas of black cherry, rose and notes of eucalyptus. Tastewise you will feel wild cherry, blackberry, clove, savory herbs and licorice alongside the tannins and acidity. Brunello is a perfect partner for red meats, smoked, chargrilled, oven-roasted or braised, with the classic combination remaining the Florentine-style grilled T-bone (Bistecca alla Fiorentina).

Varvaglione Tatu is a very interesting wine from Southern Italy that, in addition to the Primitivo variety, also has 10% Aglianico.
