Mario Piccini's Collezione Privata Rose is a refined blend of Merlot, Sangiovese, and Primitivo. Mario Piccini opens his cellar doors, inviting you to taste his "Collezione Privata" Italian for "Private Collection". This selection has been meticulously curated by Mario Piccini himself and his signature on each bottle is a personal guarantee of the wine's quality. It consists of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Sangiovese. The wine is aged for 12 months in a combination of large barrels, barriques and second and third use tonneaux.

Eleven Bianco d'Italia is a fresh, low-alcohol white wine with a vibrant, tropical profile. Blending Chardonnay and Sauvignon, it offers notes of green apple, citrus, and exotic fruit. Light, creamy, and well-balanced, it is ideal for seafood, salads, and light dishes. Enjoy chilled at 12°C, the perfect companion for sunny days and relaxed moments. Abruzzo's deep connection with water shapes its coastal villages, mountain valleys and cultural heritage.

Sicily's connection to fire runs deep, rooted in the fiery eruptions of Mount Etna. The dual nature of the volcano as creator and destroyer shapes the landscape and culture of the island.

The essence of Apulia is intertwined with the embrace of the Earth. Its landscapes, shaped by geological forces, range from coastlines to iconic trulli houses.

Balance and elegance, in a powerful and complex style. This is Memoro Alta Vendemmia, a wine created to include the best Italian vines. Only the best grapes of the harvest can be used. In this particular wine 4 varieties Sangiovese, Aglianico, Cabernet Sauvignon and Nero d'Avola, from 4 production areas: Tuscany, Basilicata, Veneto and Sicily. Each variety receives separate vinification, to fully express the potential and character of the grapes.

The different origins of the grapes give Memoro Bianco its balanced taste. Viognier with all its warmth, linked to the region brings the wonderful structure. Chardonnay from cooler climates exudes apricot and apple aromas on the nose, lending freshness to the palate, supported by the delicate floral notes of Vermentino and sweet pear of Pecorino. Summarizing white and yellow stone fruit aromas, with tropical notes. Refreshing on the palate, with a remarkable concentration of fruit and notes of spiced pears that give a lively finish. Serve with fish-based dishes, pasta or rice with creamy sauces, poultry, seafood and hard or soft cheeses.

Memoro really emerged as a cuvee wine, a blend of different grapes from different parts of Italy coming from different vintages. Montepulciano from Abruzzo, Nero d'Avola from Sicily, Merlot from the cooler climate of Veneto and partially dried Primitivo grapes from Puglia. This wine was named Memoro, which in Latin means "I remember" and refers to the Italian pride of the Piccini family. This is a warm and modern style wine, with notes of dark cherries, figs and coffee in a delicate oak frame. It is generous on the palate, revealing a bright fruity character. Concentrated with excellent structure, yet harmonious and smooth and a long, dense finish. Accompany it with barbecue, roasts, game, goat or lamb.
