Aoton Stylovatis 2019 is an elegant dry white wine from Attica, a blend of Savvatiano (87%) and Roditis (13%). With a brilliant golden-yellow color, it is the result of a nocturnal harvest and 10 months of aging on fine lees, giving it a unique character and complexity. The nose is dominated by aromas of bergamot, lemon zest, bitter orange, and jasmine, followed by notes of nuts and honeycomb. On the palate, it has a medium body, a delightful slightly oily texture, crisp acidity, and a long finish. It pairs excellently with fish, seafood, white meats, and light pasta dishes with white sauces. Serve it at 8-10°C!
