Atemporal means "timeless". The d'Aulan family's French heritage has shaped and characterized this blend. The French heritage inspires the Alta Vista team to produce a blend of different varieties from the same origin: Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot from the Albaneve vineyard (Uco Valley). The three varieties are harvested, fermented and aged separately for 1 year in 225 liter French oak barrels.
Notes of violets and fruits such as plums, blackberries and figs are discernible. Light spicy notes of thyme and licorice are also left. On the palate it is a balanced ensemble: the silky nature of Malbec, the structure and power of Cabernet Sauvignon and the depth of Petit Verdot. Complex and durable, with good aging potential. It is recommended to accompany it with grilled red meats or strong, tasty and intense dishes.

Pleasant pale yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is intense, with a wide variety of aromas ranging from tropical fruits - pineapple, lychee - and citrus, to flowers, such as jasmine. Balsamic notes reminiscent of pepper and cardamom are also revealed. On the palate, its acidity and freshness stand out, making it delicious with a somewhat salty finish. Protos '27 with the original label from the first bottle ever released by Protos, is a tribute to those 11 visionaries who founded Protos in 1927. It is produced from 100% Tinta del Pais (Tempranillo) from old vineyards of Burgos province which were planted 50 years ago. After fermentation, it matures for 16 months in new French barrels and 12 months in bottles.
It has an intense red color with violet hues, it is elegant, with fresh aromas of ripe black fruits, sweet spices, vanilla, cedar and coconut. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, a very balanced and easy-drinking wine, with round tannins, a long and very pleasant aftertaste. Enjoy it with BBQ, lamb, stews and even seafood with strong red sauces.
"Leiwener Laurentiuslay". This vineyard is one of the best Mosel has to offer. Owned by the Loewen winery since 1982, when they bought 6000 vines from one of the best vineyards of the Reichsgraf von Kesselstadt winery. Today the vineyard at Laurentiuslay is one hectare in size. Here they grow their best wines. They are very proud that this perception is shared by Hugh Johnson and Stuart Pigott who classified Laurentiuslay as a Grand Cru Site.

Clear, bright and slightly pale yellow with a golden hue. A fresh and lively wine with aromas of flowers, herbs and white fruits reminiscent of green apple and pineapple. Its aging in barrels and lees gives it subtle notes of toasted bread and hazelnuts. It is a very balanced white wine with a medium body, clean and crisp aftertaste. The grapes for this Torrontes come from Cafayate, Salta. It is a floral white, very fresh and lively. Pale yellow color, clear and bright. It stands out for its strong aromas of citrus fruits, tropical fruits and white flowers. Lemon peel, tangerine, lychee, jasmine and acacia stand out. In the mouth it is also aromatic and fresh with a persistent aftertaste. Served as an aperitif, it awakens the senses and whets the appetite. It goes very well with fresh and cool salads, dishes with intense flavors, spicy food, Asian food or sushi, as well as grilled white meats.
