Il Poggio Aglianico is a compact and bright wine with purple-red color and ruby ??highlights. Very typical Alianico nose, intense, quite complex and delicate, with dominant aromas of small ripe red fruits such as plum, amarena cherry, notes of dark chocolate, vanilla and some smoky notes due to the short passage in barrique (small oak barrel). It has velvety tannins, a fruity palate, a persistent, fine medium body and is poised and quite harmonious. Dare and you won't miss out if you accompany it with Moussaka or barbecue (BBQ).

Garalis Terra Ambera Amphora White Dry is created 100% from Muscat of Alexandria. A captivating wine with a wonderfully expressive nose, aromas of orange peel, quince jelly, dried apricot, frankincense, sage, mountain tea and flower potpourri. It gives our mouth an umami character with saltiness and intensity. Garalis Terra Ambera Amphora White Dry opulence with tannins and rich body invites pairing with rich white dishes such as baked lamb, Cretan chicken and butter pilaf and beef carpaccio with truffle oil. Gavalas Frangospito Red Dry BIO is full of aromas of dried fruits, spices, coffee and vanilla. It has a well-structured mouth, with gentle tannins and a rich aftertaste. Before bottling it will go through a long pre-fermentation extraction at low temperatures, then classic red vinification at graduated temperatures and will be aged for 30 months, of which 18 in French oak barrels. You can enjoy it now, but also 10-15 years after its harvest. It accompanies red meats, grilled vegetables, game, spicy sauces and hard cheeses.

Cauru Etna Rosso has a dark red color and is produced from the Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio varieties.
