The term Scalunera, in Sicilian means ladder, and refers to the terraced vineyards located on the steep slopes of Mount Etna, which have been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Harvesting is done manually. And it gives us wine with a salmon color, characteristic of Nerello Mascalese grapes. Expressive nose of small red fruits with subtle notes reminiscent of ripe peaches and passion fruit. On the palate it is fresh, with a medium body and a long mineral aftertaste. Versatile at the table, it accompanies seafood appetizers, tuna tartare, pasta such as amatriciana and light barbecue.

White wine from the volcanic region of Etna in Sicily, from the ancient Carricante grape. The stay of three months on the lees gives a delicious wine with a bold style, with fresh aromas of white fruits and herbs. Rich in the mouth with lively acidity, fresh and salty, mineral that lingers through the finish. Distinct volcanic minerality, salinity and lemon notes bring a seaside vibe supported by a remarkable concentration. Food wine, culinary, goes great with seafood and fish, grilled, boiled or even better over pasta.

Wonderful Prosecco with a straw yellow color and greenish highlights. Aromatically it is fruity, with aromas reminiscent of yellow apple, peach blossom and acacia. The winery "Ktima Kelesidi" is located in the heart of the vineyard of Naoussa. These are organically grown vineyards that follow the traditional process of trigos, rakokazana, winemaking and aging.

The first wines of Ktima Akrani Assyrtiko Reg. Expressions were bottled in 2003 and the most 25-year-old vines give the extremely concentrated wines. Recently, the labels were designed from the beginning and renamed from Triantaphyllopoulou Vineyards to Akrani Estate, which comes from the word "ακράνης" which means companion. The choice of the name is not accidental, as it expects to recognize all the friendships that the family has created since 1996 in the world of wine.

The grape is left to ripen on the vine. After a short maceration, follows, fermentation and aging for 6 months in barrels. As a result, we have a wine with a bright red color, bouquet of ripe red fruits, black cherry jam and a hint of vanilla and chocolate. On the palate it is full and round, dominated by velvety tannins. Ideal with meats, game and aged cheeses.

A selection of the best Beaujolais slopes. This Beaujolais is aged in cement tanks for 8 months. It has a ruby color with purple highlights. On the nose you will find aromas of red and black fruits. In the mouth it is round, tasty and well balanced. Enjoy with grilled pork chops and beef.
