Ktima Alpha Xinomavro Reserve Vieilles Vignes (100% Xinomavro) is sourced from centenarian 1919 bush vines in the "Barba Yiannis" block in Amyndeon (647 m. elevation). 24 months of aging in new French oak and 12 months in bottle creates a monumental wine. With a brilliant ruby color, it offers a complex bouquet of dried plum, tomato, and spices. The palate is full-bodied, with balanced acidity and superb phenolic power. Serve at 16-18C. It pairs ideally with rich meats (grilled/tomato sauce), sausages, and aged cheeses. Avoid white fish and delicate seafood. This wine carries the wisdom and soul of a century-old vineyard!

Refosco Red Dry wine from Mercouris Winery is a refined wine, which is very well known in the Greek market.

Lagara Red Dry wine has a bright red color. Its aromas are rich and come from fruits and spices. Notes of vanilla, wild cherry, and blueberry are perceived from the first sip.

The Leinhohle is a southern slope just above Deidesheim. When the climate in Deidesheim was colder, it was considered one of the best locations in the village for grapes because of the sun exposure. Sandstone and limestone are mainly in the soil and for this reason wines of excellent quality are produced. Erste Lage is something similar to Grand Cru in France. The wine is fully fermented in barrel and matures on the lees for one year. Peach, apricot, apple and some herbal notes on the nose. Juicy complex and dense with ripe stone fruits and fine herbs in the mouth. Enjoy it with Asian dishes, with pork and spicy appetizers.

Bright green-yellow color, delicate floral aroma, charming blend of stone fruits and a hint of clover characterize this wine. It is a white dry wine from organic farming, with natural and spontaneous fermentation. "It's rare to find a Petit Chablis this good." (Tamlyn Currin JancisRobinson.com). Located in the Yonne department, the Chablis vineyard runs along a small river: the Serein. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, its ages on the fine lees for 10 to 12 months. It has a soft golden color. On the nose you will find citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit) on a mineral background (flint, flint). In the mouth it is fresh, with a beautiful aromatic finish. Enjoy it at 10-12°C with seafood, grilled fish or seafood and fish tartare, snails and cheeses.

The place called "Beauvernay" is located on a blue stone slope at an altitude of 400 meters facing south. Aging for 15 months in cement tanks. It has an attractive ruby color. Aromas of violet, cherry, morello cherry and pepper. Elegant, silky and structured, with nice balance. Beautiful minerality on the finish. Accompany veal liver, veal stir-fry and cheeses.

The composition of the Cockburn Special Reserve consists of selected grape varieties, which originate in Portugal and are collected mainly in the Cockburn winery and in the Upper Douro Valley.
