Protos Crianza makes you taste the "terroir" of Ribera del Duero in every sip, taking you on a journey through a timeless region. Produced from 30 and 35-year-old Tempranillo grapes from the Burgos and Valladolid vineyards, its fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks and its maturation lasts 12 months in French and American barrels and 12 months in the bottle.
This is a cherry-colored wine with purple highlights that suggest youth. The nose is dominated by a high aromatic intensity, with aromas of ripe fruit well integrated with aromas of tobacco, sweet spices and pleasant toasted notes.
