CasalFarneto Otto Borghi Rosso, is a wine with remarkable structure and elegance, soft but at the same time powerful produced from the Montepulciano, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties. It is presented to us with a deep vibrant purple red color, very intense aromas of ripe red fruits such as black cherry, blackberries and plums and with a spicy aftertaste. In the mouth it is warm and full and the taste is rich with soft tannins and a fruity finish. It goes perfectly with large beef steaks, game, braised meat and strong mature cheeses.

Garalis Salome is created 100% from the Moscato variety of Alexandria. The Muscat of Alexandria finds in this wine its classic expression: sweetness, exuberance and expressiveness, in a wine that fascinates. Wonderful aromas reminiscent of sweet spoon grapes, creme brulee, blonde currant, rose petals, dried apricots, honey and honeycomb. In the mouth it is sweet and generous, with moderate acidity, high alcohol, full body and a long aftertaste. Exuberance and Mediterranean charm from a wine that is released only in selected years. Garalis Salome will accompany wonderful fluffy cakes, brownies and chocolate souffles, as well as emmec, ravani and other syrupy sweets. This sunny Muscat of Alexandria also pairs beautifully with chocolate flavors such as a chocolate tart or a mosaic, contributing a honeyed allure. Also great next to our espresso, instead of a sweet spoon, grafting the sweetness of the wine with the pleasant, roasted bitterness of the coffee.

Discover Loudas Xinomavro 2009, a red wine that brings the history of the popular Greek variety to the glass. The dark red color with violet highlights heralds a rich tasting experience. Salice is a village of Salento in Puglia. Dominant variety in this DOC area is Negroamaro. Varvaglione Salice Salentino is an impressive wine with a dark red color and aromas of black cherries, cocoa, bitter chocolate, vanilla, coffee, plums and chestnut. In the mouth it has a medium to full body, it is harmonious, balanced and elegant, with round tannins and a long aromatic, fruity aftertaste. Accompany it with lasagna, barbecue, boiled meats and aged cheeses.
