Nikolou Botanic Sparkling White Dry is a sparkling wine from the Savvatiano variety, whose early vintage gives juice rich in acids with low pH. After the necessary procedures for its production, the wine follows a second fermentation in the bottle with the classic method of production of sparkling wines and then it will mature in the bottles for 6 months.

Discover Ktima Akrani SBM Grenache, an organic, single-varietal wine from Kos. Its red color and aromas of wild herbs, sour cherry, and bitter almond are reminiscent of the Mediterranean countryside. It has a medium body, a creamy texture, and a balanced acidity. This wine is an excellent match for dishes with rich red sauces, such as lasagna, moussaka, and stewed lamb, as well as roasted meats. Serve at 16-18°C.

A fruit-driven Chardonnay with nectarine and kumquat aromas elevated by notes of sweet spice, vanilla and lightly buttered popcorn. The palate is plush and generous with an interplay of acid and fine oak tannin, focusing the flavours for a persistent finish. A food-friendly style that will compliment a broad array of cuisine, from light seafood and salad dishes to white meat and creamy pasta. Piedirosso is a rare and ancient variety found mainly in Campania, Italy and means "red feet". After aging for 6 months in barrique barrels and staying for 1 year in the bottle, it gives us a beautiful ruby red wine. To our nose it reveals complex aromas of cherry, plum and raspberry, slightly spicy. In the mouth, it is pleasant, smooth, slightly salty and velvety. It has an aftertaste with moderate length and persistence. Accompany pasta or rice in tomato sauce or with ragout, red and white meats such as rabbit, vegetable soups with legumes, fish soups, cured meats and not very mature cheeses.

A refined and elegant rose from Rhone, France. Bellissime displays a brilliant salmon-pink color with fruity aromas of wild strawberry and subtle Provencal spices. Crafted from Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre, it combines direct press and short maceration methods. Fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures and bottled 5 months after harvest. On the palate, it's round, vibrant, and fresh with a long, clean finish. An elegant, balanced, and refreshing Mediterranean-style rose perfect for summer sipping or light dishes.

Augustiatis Red Dry of the Mercouri estate is produced from an indigenous Greek variety that connects its name, mainly with the areas of the western Peloponnese and Zakynthos, the Augoustiatis.

The Gewurztraminer from Alsace is recommended to us with a golden yellow color and elegant notes of lychee and rose. It is minimally aggressive on the palate, gourmand and crisp and despite its sugars is well balanced, with notes of rose. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany some strong cheese and spicy Asian dishes such as duck. It ages easily up to 8-10 years.

Cauru Etna Rosso has a dark red color and is produced from the Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio varieties. It is fragrant with dominant aromas of raspberry, cherries, violets, dates, cedar notes and flowers on the nose. In the mouth it has a medium body with firm tannins and the palate shows volcanic freshness with cherry jam, citrus and pomegranate. The aftertaste is long and lively gathering the energy of Etna. Enjoy it with grilled tuna, roast duck or turkey as well as vegetarian dishes based on wild mushrooms, aubergines or medium-aged cheeses.
