The Moraitis winery, in the area of Naoussa in Paros, has been producing fine wines for several years. An old vineyard in the Demiralis area was replanted a few years ago and in 2019 gave its first wine, the Damerale BIO Rose Dry. Aidani Black, Mavrathiro and a small percentage of Monemvasia, are the varieties that are combined in order to give us this wonderful rose wine.

It is carefully collected, undergoes pre-fermentation extraction and fermentation at low temperatures before maturing for 8 weeks in its wine sludges, in order to offer us this special label, the Estate Assyrtiko BIO S.V. Sarakiniko White.

Experience the magic of Nemea with KTIMA BAIRAKTARIS Red, a 100% Agiorgitiko from 50-year-old vineyards in Koutsi. This P.D.O. Nemea ages 16 months in new French oak barrels, offering a deep ruby color and perfectly balanced fruit and oak aromas. A full-bodied, harmonious wine that invites exploration, approachable for all wine lovers and essential for the professional. Serve at 16-18°C. Pair with red meats, truffle risotto, and aged hard cheeses. Avoid delicate fish, raw seafood, and light sauces. A flavor puzzle worth solving!

This wine comes from young vineyards that are cultivated organically from planting and are accredited by the competent bodies, in gravelly soils of the region. Its color is straw yellow with greenish shades characteristic of the variety. The nose is medium to high, fresh but with less complexity than traditional Verdejo. The taste is dry, round and structured thanks to two months of aging on fine lees. It combines perfectly with white fish, tuna, pasta, Asian food, chicken, fresh or blue cheeses.

This wine is made from sun-dried grapes of the Moschato Mavro Tyrnavos variety which is cultivated in the fertile and warm land of Thessaly. It is a sweet wine that _locks_ in the sun and flavors, due to its natural way of dehydration and its stay in oak barrels for two years. A well-made dessert wine with a unique identity and the characteristic name. Accompany dried fruits or traditional Greek spoon sweets or desserts like baklava and kadaifi.

The Essence of Summer! Domaine Florian Syrah Rose 2018 is a dry wine made from 100% Syrah, sourced from an organic vineyard in Epanomi. Eight hours of skin contact and six months of aging on its lees give it a rich, vibrant character while maintaining superb freshness. With a beautiful rose color, the nose is intensely aromatic, offering notes of strawberry, sour cherry, and sweet watermelon. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with natural acidity that leads to an excitingly long finish. Serve ideally at 10-12C. It pairs perfectly with grilled meats (burgers, pork), moussaka, and rich stews. Avoid very delicate fish and overly spicy dishes. This wine is a delightful expression of its terroir.

Bright, intense yellow wine with aromas of chamomile, wildflowers, and balsamic notes of elderberry and lime. On the palate, it is dry, with a strong balance of acidity and soft tones. Ideal as an aperitif or with fish, vegetables and white meats. Excellent when young, but ages wonderfully in the bottle. Elegance in every sip!

La Tour Pinot Gris is a 100% Pinot Gris wine from Riquewihr, Alsace. It has a clear, pale yellow color, refined nose with fruity notes and is smooth on the palate, gourmand and crisp with hints of grapefruit. It is combined with white meat in sauce, fresh salmon and dishes accompanied by mild spicy sauces or exotic fruits. Keep it up to 10 years.

Garalis Terra Roza Rose Dry is created from 95% Muscat of Alexandria and 5% Limnio. Wonderful aromas of red fruits, strawberry, quince, dried flowers and an umami character with the characteristic aromas of salmon fillet and soy sauce. Accentuated acidity, light tannins, restrained alcohol, full volume and long aftertaste. A culinary wine that intrigues with its simultaneously fruity and salty character. Garalis Terra Roza Rose Dry works perfectly with octopus, cuttlefish and grilled squid, while it will be a dream match with lobster and shrimp spaghetti. The umami character of the wine also creates taste bridges with dishes such as spaghetti with smoked salmon and capers in a vodka sauce, while for lovers of quality charcuterie the wine will stand out and be perfectly highlighted by a thinly sliced prosciutto with its salty character.

From the heart of Piedmont comes Arione Gavi DOCG, an elegant white wine made from the Cortese grape variety. With its straw-yellow color and subtle greenish hues, it captivates you from the first glance. Its velvety texture, freshness, and flavors of flowers and fresh fruit make it an ideal choice for salads, pasta, fish, and fresh cheeses. Avoid pairing it with heavy, fatty meats.
