This generous Cabernet Sauvignon offers black fruit aromas with a spicy character. Its color is deep red with violet highlights. Pair it with red meat, roasted or stewed in a pot (boeuf Bourguignon).

Garnacha/Grenache from old vines of the village of Cadalso los Vidrios at an altitude of 800m, give this wine with a production of 10,125 bottles. The harvest is manual and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with minimal intervention. No oak barrels are used in the production. A delicate wine with subtle floral aromas and notes of fresh berries. Silky tannins and crisp acidity with moderate alcohol make for a versatile, food-friendly wine.
