It is characterized as unlimited, like the love for the manual work of its winemakers. It is a wine grown at the "Pruh" site, an old quarry in the Ciringa vineyard, and has spent 50 months on lees. Herbal-spicy and metallic with an undeniable character. The vineyard is characterized by coral limestone soil which results in a perfect terroir for expressive, mineral and pure Sauvignon Blancs.

Roasted pineapple, salty lemon, green tea and essential herbs along with a hint of smoke on the tongue, which helps to maintain the acidity, will give you a refreshing and simple experience that you will not get enough of. It comes from a deep, chalk-marl clay soil, which is called "Opok" in this area. This vineyard was planted by Josef Tement in the 1950s and has been owned by the family ever since. Notes of lemon, blackcurrant and apricot will give a wine that is delicate and fresh with a soft minerality and a luscious finish. The soil from which it is cultivated is located in a closed mountain basin at an altitude of 300 - 420 m with a south-southeast orientation and is characterized by sandy clay coral limestone soil. Tement Ried Grassnitzberg Sauvignon Blanc is unique especially for cold nights.
